Beeston in Bloom has been active since 1997 and has entered for Leeds in Bloom and Yorkshire in Bloom since 2001. 

When we entered Britain in Bloom we won Silver Gilt.

What we do
We are a group of volunteers who raise money for and donate time to improving our local environment with plants.
We organise, plant and maintain : 
the hanging baskets along Dewsbury Road, Old Lane, Beeston Road and Tempest Road;
the planters down the middle of Dewsbury Road;
the barrier troughs at the Tommy Wass Crossroads;
the flower bed at the Cardinal Triangle;
the planters on Beeston Road;
The Millenium Garden in Cross Flatts Park;
and various other planters/small areas around Beeston.
